Land Survey Crew Chief
Field – Washington and Baltimore Metropolitan Areas Cornerstone is seeking and experienced Crew Chief to join our team.
The position entails the following areas of field surveying:
Construction Stakeout
Topographical Surveys
Boundary ALTA Surveys
As-Built Surveys
Location Surveys
Position requires the following:
Use of GPS and Robotic Technology
Field Calculations and Sketches
Taking care of Company Vehicles and Equipment
Communication with Superintendents
Strong Math and Computer Skills
The desire to grow and learn new technology
Willing to work overtime as needed
A valid Driver’s License
Team Player
Salary Range: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour

This is and entry level position and we are willing to train the right candidates.

Topographical Surveys

As-Built Surveys
Location Surveys
Position requires the following:
Taking care of Company Vehicles and Equipment
The desire to grow and learn new technology
Willingness to work overtime as needed
A Valid Driver’s License
Willingness to work outdoors in All Weather Conditions.

Salary Range: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

This position includes the following:
Use of Civil 3D
ALTA Surveys, Boundary & Topographic Surveys, Record Plats, As-Builts, Location Drawings, Construction Computations, Condominium Plats
Cutsheets
Coordination with Field Crews.
Position requires the following:
Knowledge of Civil 3D
Mastery of Excel and Word
Strong Communication Skills
Willingness to go in the field if necessary
Strong Technical Background
Team Player
Salary Range: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
